Many first time investors look at a home too much
like a short-term investment and not enough like a
home. You will want to keep the home in tip-top
shape at all times. As little problems can turn into big

A good REALTOR® will negotiate a residential
service contract or home warranty into your purchase
agreement when you buy. Usually the seller is willing
to pay for it, but if not, it is still worth you buying for
yourself.
