Dip your toe in
"live free" is a simplistic approach and a great starting place for any home owner or anyone that would like to be a home owner. Because you are focusing on just one home at a time, and it's the home you live in, I can't imagine how you could get hurt using this approach. It would also be a very safe way to "dip your toe in" to see if real-estate investing is for you. In today's market the inventory of homes is at an all time high that would be a perfect match for these ideas. Anyone looking to buy a home, even if they don't want to be an "investor", should read this book. The photos alone are worth it. Far too often resources like this are long on print and short on photos. That is not the case here, you can see exactly what the author is talking about. And for the new investor/home owner that is priceless.
